Purple Surprise
Ingredients:
4 medium granny smith apples
¼ head red cabbage
1 lime
Directions:
Process all ingredients in a juicer (a slow masticating juicer is recommended), stir and serve.

2 cups watermelon (diced)
1 cup strawberries
½ Lime
1 medium peach
7 peppermint leaves

Green Ninja Juice
Ingredients:
3 medium granny smith apples
4 large stalks celery
¼ ginger root
½ lemon with rind
1 large orange
5 handfuls spinach
Directions:
For your green ninja juicer, you don’t have to peel the lemon, but make sure you peel the orange, unless you have a taste for slightly bitter drinks. The orange’s skin is very bitter and can ruin the flavour. Process all ingredients in the listed order, in a juicer, stir, add some ice and serve.

Fruity Green Tea
Ingredients:
1 medium granny smith apple
4 medium carrots
A teabag (green tea)
250 ml cup water
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 lemon (peeled)
An orange (peeled)
Directions:
Boil your cup of water and pour into a mug. Place your teabag in the cup and steep your teabag for between 1-3 minutes. Remove the teabag from the cup, leaving it longer than the recommended time might result in a tea with a bitter taste. Add honey to your green tea.
Process all the other ingredients in a juicer.
Pour the tea into the juice, mix well, and serve. For a refreshing taste serve with ice.

Wheatgrass
Juicing wheatgrass is something that you have to experience at least once in your life. Actually more than once because wheatgrass is known to be more than just a type grass. It is medicine that heals you both internally and externally with no side effects! I have read about many plants that are are good for you but they usually offer 1 or 2 benefits sometimes a bit more than that. Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
1 lemon peeled

½ a pineapple peeled
handful mint leaves
1 cup full ice cubes
Directions:

Put the ice in your jug.

Pineapple Cucumber Juice
Ingredients:
1 lime
2 pineapples
½ cup mint
1 cucumber
Directions:
Thoroughly wash all the ingredients, especially if they are store bought and not organic. If they do not have organic certification on them we recommend that you peel the produce as produce that is not organic is sprayed with chemicals that can be harmful to the body. Peel the pineapple and chop along with cucumber, lime and jalapeno (small pieces to fit through feeding tube of your juicer).
Put all ingredients through the juicer.
Stir well and pour into a glass with some ice, if desired, and enjoy.
*For a less pulpy juice, sieve the juice.

Natural Energy Booster
Ingredients:
1 beet
2 celery stalks
1 cup chopped spinach
A handful coriander leaves
Directions:
Cut the beet into cubes.
Chop the celery and coriander into pieces to fit through the feeding tube of your juicer.
Put ingredients through the juicer.
Stir well and pour into a glass with some ice, if desired, and enjoy.
