Creamy Spinach Soup Recipe

Creamy Spinach Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach
1/4 cup onion
1 cup dry powdered soya milk
1 teaspoon flour (or preferred soup thickener)
1/2 vegetable stock cube (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water (hot)

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in your Vitamix container in the listed order.
Secure the 2-part lid by locking the tabs.
Move black speed control lever to high.
Lift black lever to on position and allow the machine to run for 2-3 minutes or until completely smooth.
Serve immediately.

*Serves 2

Spinach

Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup milk (regular, soya, or almond milk) boiling
1/2 cheddar cheese (or vegan cheese)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon soya milk powder (or preferred soup thickener)
1/4 vegetable stock of preferred flavour (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in your Vitamix container in the listed order.

Lemon Celery Soup Recipe

Lemon Celery Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups water
4 stalks celery
1 cup parsley
1 peeled avocado
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lemon (squeeze juice out)
1 tomato
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp of sea salt

Directions:

Put all ingredients as listed into your Vitamix Blender.
Select Variable 1, turn machine on and increase speed to 10 then process on high.
Blend for 5 minutes.
Always use tamper to push ingredients down.
Garnish as desired and serve.

Mango Sorbet Recipe

Mango Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:

4 slices of dried mango
1/2 cup of almond/soy milk
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon or lime juice
1 bag (284g) of frozen Mango diced

Directions:

Soak dried mango in almond milk until soft.
Place all ingredients, almond milk with dried mango as well into your Vitamix in the order listed above.
Process on Variable 1, turn on machine and increase to variable 10 then process on high.
Always use tamper to push ingredients down.
Blend all ingredients for about a minute or turn off as soon as the sound of the machine changes and the mixture has formed 4 mounds.
Garnish as desired and serve immediately.

Healthy Green Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened non-dairy/almond milk or soya milk
2 cups spinach or kale
1/2 avocado, frozen
1/2 banana, frozen
2 tablespoon hemp hearts or hemp seeds
3 ice cubes

Directions:

Place ingredients as listed in your Vitamix.
Turn your speed dial to variable 1 and slowly increase to 10.
Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
