Choco-Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh almond milk
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 &1/2 cup mixed frozen raspberries (or strawberries)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice3
1 medium sized banana
Directions:
For your choco berry smoothie, blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender for 30 seconds or until a creamy consistency is reached.
Serve immediately!

Banana Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients:
3-4 bananas (sliced and frozen)
2-3 teaspoons cacao powder
1/4 cup cashews and cacao nibs (optional topping)
Directions:
For your banana chocolate ice cream, place all the ingredients into a Super Blender like the Vitamix container and secure the lid. Turn the blender on and slowly increase the speed. Use a tamper to gently push the ingredients into the blades until an ice cream consistency is formed.
Serve your banana chocolate ice cream immediately and garnish with your favourite topping.

Banana / Berry Sorbet

Garlic & Herb Crouton
Garlic and herb crouton ingredients:
1 large cup fresh almond pulp
2 small zucchini (baby marrow) thinly sliced
1 cup ground flaxseed
4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons mixed herbs
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
For your garlic and herb crouton recipe combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well, using your hands because you need to make a soft dough.
Place the garlic and herb crouton dough on a dehydrator solid sheet and roll it out until it is about 1 cm thick.
Cut the dough into cubes and then move to your dehydrator mesh sheets.
Dehydrate your garlic and herb croutons at 40 degrees celsius for 18 to 24 hours or until dry and crisp. Finally remove and store in airtight container.

Decadent Chocolate Torte
Ingredients:
2 cups pecans (soaked for an hour)
2 cups pitted dates
4 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Process all the ingredients in a food process until it form a dough like mixture. Transfer the contents into a tart plate and refrigerate for 2 hours
Icing
1/2 cup macadamia/ cashew nuts (soaked for an hour)
1/4 cup pine nuts (soaked for an hour
3 tablespoons agave nectar
2 tablespoons cacao nibs, finely ground
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Process all the ingredients in high speed blender like a Vitamix. Pour over your “cake” mixture and garnish with fresh strawberries.
