Fruity Green Tea

1 medium granny smith apple
4 medium carrots
1 teabag (green tea)
1 cup water (250 ml)
1 tablespoon honey
1 lemon (peeled)
1 orange (peeled)

Boil your cup of water and pour into a mug. Place your teabag in the cup and steep your teabag for between 1-3 minutes. Remove the teabag from the cup, leaving it longer than the recommended time might result in a tea with a bitter taste. Add honey to your green tea.
Process all the other ingredients in a juicer.
Pour the tea into the juice, mix well, and serve. For a refreshing taste serve with ice.
