Peachy Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients:

Coconut filling
1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 cup coconut milk (⅔ of a can)
2 tablespoon unpasteurized honey
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peach filling

2 peaches, pitted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping

Shredded coconut (optional)

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender for 30 seconds.
Serve immediately!
