Did you know?

Peppers are actually fruit and not vegetable. They contain a significant amount of vitamin C, especially the red ones. Hot peppers such as cayenne pepper contain capsaicin, a natural pain reliever for headaches and cramps.

Mushrooms are a good source of vitamin D which helps regulate the absorption of phosphorus and calcium. These minerals are essential for healthy bones and teeth. Mushrooms also strengthen the immune system, lower cholesterol levels, aid in weight loss and provide iron which is good for the body especially for people with anaemia.
