Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup whole raw cashews
3 1/2 cup water
5 cups chunked mixed mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1 large cherry pepper (halved, de-seeded and finely chopped)

Directions:

In your Super Blender, grind the cashews to a fine meal. Add 1 cup water and blend on high for 1 minute.
Now add 2 cups mushrooms and blend well. Add the rest of the water and mushrooms and blend on high until smooth.
Chop the garlic cloves and add to the blender then blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth (soup mixture).
Heat the soup mixture on low heat until it reaches 40 degrees.
Place in serving bowls and garnish as desired.
