Herb Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
2 lemons (juice only)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-3 cloves garlic
Finely chopped parsley and basil (handful each or to taste)
3/4 cup water 

Directions:

Process all the ingredients in a Super Blender until thoroughly combined.
Spread the herb cheese onto a piece of bread, top with a cucumber, and enjoy!

*Serves 4-6
