Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 bunch Kale

3 oranges

2 carrots

1 stalk celery

1/4 inch ginger

Filtered water (if creating a green smoothie)

Directions:

Add all ingredients in your Super Blender with water.
Blend on high until smooth or as desired.

It also contains minerals copper, magnesium and potassium. It is also a good source of iron.
