Sour Cream and Onion Sauce

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup raw cashews (soaked 15-20minutes)
1/3 cup macadamia nuts
½ onions
1 cup organic green onions (chopped)
1 ¼ cup water
1-2 lemons (freshly squeezed)
Himalayan salt ( to taste)

Directions:

Put all ingredients for the sour cream and onion sauce into a Super Blender.
Turn the speed dial to HIGH.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
