1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon soya milk powder (or preferred soup thickener)

Place all the ingredients in your Vitamix container in the listed order.
Secure the 2-part lid by locking the tabs. Move the black speed control lever to high.
Lift black lever to "on" position and allow the machine to run for 2-3 minutes or until completely smooth.
